2 cups tater tots
1 pound ground beef
½ onion, chopped (optional)
1 cup corn
1 cup cream of chicken soup
½ cup milk
KEEP SEPARATE FOR LATER
Grated cheese to cover top
SPREAD the tater tots evenly into a baking dish. Chop onion into small pieces and cook in a skillet with ground beef. Season with salt and paper to taste.
BLEND cream of chicken soup, milk, and corn in a mixing bowl. Add the cooked beef.
POUR the mixture over the tater tots. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
TOP casserole with the grated cheese and return it to oven. Bake until cheese is melted. Serve with ketchup.
